Evan made a gorgeous knife from an old rasp this morning! He left the texture, flattening it out some. He's leaving the handle as is because the pattern is so cool. Nice job! And fast--1.5 hours!

Vince was back today to continue working on his damascus Ulu! (He's the reason I practice mine.). He got one from fold in before starting to shape. It's 176 layers. Shaping went really well! He's got the basic shape hammered out. We will tweak it next time and then he starts grinding. Really excited to see how the damascus looks!
